Job Description:
(1).Be involved in strategy, and purchasing budget, set up purchasing targets.
(2).Develop purchasing policy, procedures and relevant regulations, be responsible for the efficiency and implementation of them.
(3).Cooperate with relevant departments to develop efficient and effective procedures for material management in order to ensure reasonable material inventory and procurement.
(4).Develop good and healthy relationship with major suppliers to ensure proper selection of suppliers in order to purchased required, high quality goods with good price.
(5).Conduct survey on material supply market and complete material purchasing procedure to achieve significant improvement in on time delivery and quality control on purchased material.
(6).According to the changing in the market ,adjustment and control the purchase price of materials and to provide information to the financial department.
(7).Be responsible for reduction of purchasing costs, take effective actions in costs-control.
(8).Visit suppliers regularly, keep a good relationship with existing suppliers and develop new potential suppliers.
(9).To promote, examine and train subordinates, raise their qualifications and conduct performance appraisal.
(10).Manage purchasing assistants' work.
Requirement:
(1).Bachelor degree.
(2).5 years or more related working experience, have 3 years experience in a related company in the same position is preferred.
(3).Be familiar with ERP, preciseness and good planning, good analyze abilities, team working, and integrity.
(4).Trained by ISO9001/ ISO14000 / TS16949, with related certificate.
(5).Good team spirit, communication skills, negotiation skills are required.
(6). Be patient and humility, ability to work with different departments.
(7).Basic computer / English skills is required.
(8).Work experience in foreign company is preferred.
