Job Description:
(1). Work in R&D team, design and develop mechanical parts (Thermal-cooling products or Precision machining parts) in order to improve efficiency of manufacturing and reduce overall costs.
(2). Communicates with project manager on regular basis about project task planning, status of planned tasks, risks and impact analysis, etc.
(3). Provides mechanical engineering support for existing products improvement and cost reduction from design perspectives, i.e. drawings, specifications, testing, engineering changes, etc.
(4). Translate and convert drawings and technical documentation, responsible for archiving and maintaining all technical documentation.
(5).Responsible for technology improvement and engineering changes, communicate with sales on technology.
(6).Follow engineering design process and product release procedures, technical support for warranty parts analysis and production parts NG analysis
Requirement:
(1). Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
(2). At least 5+ years of qualified working experience in related field.
(3). Have experience in mechanical design or at least work in design field for 5 years with CAD, Pro/E, or Solidworks.
(4). Have a good understanding for mechanical design and excellent knowledge of manufacturing process, such as extrusion, die casting, forging, stamping.
(5). Have a deep knowledge about different materials and a lot of experience from different production technologies for small or bigger production volumes.
(6). Have knowledge in ISO9001/ ISO14000 / TS16949, with related certificate is preferred.
(7). Good spoken and written English, ability to communicate effectively (8). A team player with customer first-attitude.
